Character corruption

    I’m Japanese, and sent an inquiry in Japanese. I found 3 characters corrupted out of 218. They are separated from each other. What’s the cause, and possible remedy?

    Which characters are corrupted and where they are corrupted in email or in submissions section?

    Hi Zhanna,

    I did not notice the character corruption in the submission section, because I could not see the verification page.
    When I received an e-mail that confirmed my message, I noticed a few Japanese characters corrupted into “a white question mark in black rhombus.”

    Can you understand this?
