Character count issues

    Social Broadcast to Twitter shows a positive character count but cuts the post short. When I add to it it says it’s too long – even though the character count is still positive.
    Social Broadcast to Facebook limits the post character count to well below Facebook’s limit. I always have to disable and post manually. manual post is fine, so why does Social limit the character count?

    Could Mailchimp comment on this? As it is, it is TOTALLY USELESS – no matter if my posts are under 140 characters, it doesn’t publish to Twitter, saying it’s too long. Your Facebook character count is meaningless as I can post manually to Facebook those which your plugin has said were too long.

    Ok, so uninstalling – no point using it when I have to post manually after ‘Social’ has failed to post to both Twitter and Facebook.

    Why make a product that doesn’t work, and not try to fix it?
