Hey @ceyhunyildiz,
Pipe characters are used to separate attribute values, so if you want them to be present in an attribute, you would need to convert the pipe characters in your file to HTML entities.
Hi, so we replaced | characters with | in our google drive file, and we selected Decode HTML entities with html_entity_decode
Unfortunately, it didn’t work. What do you suggest?
Hey @ceyhunyildiz,
Instead of |, please try & # 1 2 4; instead (please remove the spaces; had to add them in so that it wouldn’t be converted to a pipe character).
Hello,
We have another question for you
So let’s say we want to list our products from a google excel spreadsheet and in there we have 5 bullet points to list on amazon. Amazon allows 500 characters in each bullet point so we have that in our excel file. While importing the file the bullet points do not get imported because that many character entry cannot be written on database but when we reduce the character count to 200, it gets imported successfully. Is there a workaround to this issue to utilise all 500 characters on amazon?
Hey @ceyhunyildiz,
We’d really need to have more information in order to help with this one.
Please re-create your import on one of our sandbox sites: https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/ – and then open a support request over here: https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ – providing the URL for the sandbox site, as well as a link to this thread.
Hi, thanks we have sent the details to you at support link.
