Charitable donations pending

    Hello, I’m using your fabulous plugin on two of my sites. But numerous donations say “pending.” Why would that happen? I think one of my clients lost a large donation. Someone tried to donate $500 – several times – but the donations keep saying pending. Others have had to try several times in order to donate $100. Can you help me figure out what’s wrong? Thanks so much. Aside from this issue, I *love* this plugin.

    I think this is because of a bug in Charitable at the moment. Basically, the issue is that if payment fails for some reason (e.g. the donor uses the wrong card number), the donor is sent back to the donation form to complete their donation. But if they then complete the donation, it actually creates it as a new donation, leaving that old one pending.

    For now, you can basically ignore those pending donations; in all likelihood they are donations that failed for one reason or another.
