Charset

Hi,

I’d love it if you could include a hidden input for the charset in the buttons for future version of this plugin.
That is, this line:
<input type="hidden" name="charset" value="utf-8">

Text for buttons whose “purpose” fields are in Japanese are appearing as garbled/nonsense text.
