chart cannot be displayed

    Some charts created a year or two ago suddenly gone. Even import a new chart, it cannot be displayed after pressing “save chart” button. Please help.

    Hello @wanwande,

    Thank you for using Visualzier!

    Can you please make sure you have your environment up to date (WP, PHP, Plugins etc)?

    If after this check it still doesn’t work, we might be dealing with a plugin conflict thus please deactivate all plugins except Visualizer and see if the issue persists. If everything works now, then start activating plugins back one by one until you find the one that is causing the conflict and replace it with another one.
