Chart not displaying

    Hi

    I created a couple of free charts (pie) a couple of years ago for a training website and they seem to have stopped working recently. The shortcodes are still embedded into the WordPress page, but when I look on the front end they are not pulling into the page. Do you have any suggestios for troubleshooting this? I have done the usual of switching to a default theme. Turning off plugins. Purging the cache. Are there any known issues or work arounds?

    Thank you for using Visualizer.

    I checked the website you mentioned, and it seems that the Visualizer plugin is not currently active. Could you please reactivate the plugin and share the URL of the page where the charts are supposed to appear? I’d be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
