Charts and Graphs

Hello again!

I’ve been researching and testing out various solutions & plug-ins for creating/displaying charts and graphics. Seem to have trouble with, what seems simple as heck, modifications. Many of the plug-ins, visualizer, rj quick charts, easy charts, etc. are good they all have the hover effect. What I’ve been trying to do is modify the “tool tips” on hover setting my own text or defining the source of text displayed also showing the numbers above each bar for a vertical bar. For example, when you hover over the bar for October it shows a list of endangered species with the % on the top of the bar. I was also toying with the idea of using css hover image. Suggestions?
