    When a customer tries to checkout with ACH and chooses Chase as their bank, they get the following notice.

    “You may need to update your app in order to connect to Chase.”

    That error message is coming directly from the Plaid app. It looks like Plaid has some reasons listed on their site why that error might appear:

    I’d recommend reaching out to Plaid’s customer support and letting them know you’re having that trouble with Chase accounts. This doesn’t look like anything that would be caused by the plugin.
