    Howdy!

    I need to customise the SIB chat message.
    I followed the documentation and made my own script integration.
    Unfortunately I can’t find a way to disable the default script tag embedded by the plugin.
    It causes a conflict with my own script.

    How can I disable your script to keep only mine ?

    Hello @jeremiegisserot,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The script used for both chat and marketing automation tracking is the same.

    With this in mind, if you have tracking enabled (via our plugin), the default messages of the chat widget cannot be modified (without modifying the script itself, which we do not recommend).

    You can of course disable the tracking script from inside the plugin!
