Chat Delay not working

    Hi Join.chat Team,

    First of all congratullations on the amazing plugin.

    I was trying to use the chat delay option, to open the dialogue window, and I’m not able to make it work.

    I have the option activated on the General Settings options, is there any other place where I need to activate it?

    You have checked that the notification balloon appears, so the chat will never pop up. You must deactivate the notification balloon option. 👍

    HI Davidillo,

    I unchecked the ballon notification and still not able to have the auto open for the dialogue window.

    I have the chat delay at 6 seconds and page views in 1.

    Hey @jonascalvo 👋
    It is already working correctly, in this link you can see the screen video I have recorded. It probably has cache, look at your web in an incognito window or clear all the cache of your browser.
