    I’m not sure what is causing this issue, but the chat box does not automatically scroll to the most recent message. It stays at the top, forcing users to scroll to keep up with the conversation.

    I noticed this occurs in the workspace too, but I had assumed that it was just the way that the workspace worked until I saw that the same issue exists when the chatbot is deployed.

    Is anyone going to address this issue? I would appreciate any kind of reply, even if it is simply “we are working to address this”.

    The lack of response does not speak very highly of your support. At this rate, I’m probably going to give up on Watson and switch to another service even though I have finished building my chatbot.
