Chat not maintained between screens

    Hi

    Really like the plug in, and considering Pro version, but I am having a problem where the chat disappears if the visitor moves between screens on my website. The chat box appears but defaults to the “start chat” message. When “start chat” is clicked, the chat reappears. I see other users reported this issue some months ago but not sure if it was fixed?

    We’ve tested this on our side and can confirm that the chat window follows through on each page you’re active on.
