I bought wisechat pro and included it in my webpage but it does not auto refresh anymore. when i send a message it won’t be displayed to anyone until they make a manual refresh (F5). I played with the refresh-duration and nothing works anymore.

Hello,

Here is a general advice if you don’t see posted messages until you refresh the page:
– check for Javascript errors in your Console in the browser, sometimes other plugins blocks / affects the chat
– enable Debug mode in Wise Chat Settings and check for any errors in the debug window under the chat, you may see some PHP errors either in Wise Chat or other plugins / themes
