    Hi,

I need to implement a chat on my website. So I tried the Facebook Chat Plugin that didn’t work.

Do you know which chat plugin works with AMP?

    Thanks for your help!

Thanks, Milind for replying to my request 🙂

This is something I need to test my services further. Indeed, I would like to help my viewers choose high-tech products with the help of someone (me to begin :)) always available to reply to their questions to find the best product that suits their needs.

For that, I already tried a popup with a button but even if users click on it, it seems they don’t want to write an email.

So it’s why I think a chat feature would be nice but the solutions you provide don’t seem to have other components than a button.

I was more thinking of something showing the agent is available (with a green dot if yes or red if no for example). And, with an automatic invitation to chat with me by expanding the chat automatically without the need to push on the button. It allows my viewer to understand I’m here to help.

Do you know if all these features are possible with AMP websites?

    For example here: https://crisp.chat

    Thanks again for your help!

    Hello @pierreanzil

You can also use the same mini plugin along with crisp embed link.

    1) Install the mini plugin
    2) Goto Settings->Reading->Tawkto URL paste
    https://go.crisp.chat/chat/embed/?website_id=WEBSITE_ID
    3) replace WEBSITE_ID with your website id from crisp.chat
    4) Open the AMP page and scroll down to the footer
    5) You will see a Chat button click on it
    6) This will open a crisp chat window

You can check the demo here : https://amp-support.rt.gw/?amp=1

    Hope this helps!
