Chat Room plugin solution out there?

    Hi all,

    We’re switching to WordPress soon, and I’m tasked with replacing our current and very cumbersome chat service (123Flashchat) – we have an Online Support Chat once a week that is used by 15-20 people.

    Basically, it needs to integrate w/ WordPress user database, allow for designated moderators, be hassle free (some of our users have disfigurements or amputations) …. and my higher-ups like the idea of it being mobile friendly and possibly with video or audio capability.

    Seems like a tall order. Flashchat is simply too cost prohibitive (they charge extra for every feature, meh) and ParaChat seems decent, but isn’t very user friendly.

    Any suggestions out there?
