Dear Jacques,

I tried many methods, with wordpress basic setup itself chat and message is still inactive.

Can you please check the website about whats the issue? KeralaNikkah.com

If you can provide email address or something, I can give you admin access for this checking . I tried all possible way but its inactive. 🙁

Or you can just text your email on [email protected]

Hi,

Add a photo to your profile (you have an option “Members without photo…” checked).

Yes I untick that option, Message Option is active.

but still chat option is inactive.. I already enable Chat option. Can you please help on that too. Thanks
