Chat Sound Please

    I’m busy slaving away in my Fort Collins basement with multiple monitors, skype, phone and email going of sporadically. How am I to know when I new chat request comes in? So far they quietly arrive; ergo I miss the opportunity to chat and appear as a flake to chat requesters (I’ve had only one so far).

    Hey there,

    When you are logged into the Pure Chat dashboard, under your profile settings are options for audible notifications in the browser 🙂

    Also, you can setup SMS notifications and/or use the mobile app, which will receive push notifications when you have a new chat.
