Chat doesn’t have a control for the time. As long as the time zone is correct in Settings > General this should display correctly.
Does the time zone settings display the right time to the right of the dropdown box?

Chat time 04-10-2013 10:32.20
Anyway I’ve bought premium version and the problem persist.
I’ll try to disable some plugin to see if there’s some conflict.
