Chat Window not Closing properly

    Hello,
    I used the code for the messenger chat, that fb gave me, but even if it opens, i cannot close it properly. The footer of the chat window remains open! I’ve used it at other websites and it works just fine. Any ideas?

    As you’ve mentioned you’ve used Facebook chat widget, we are developers of WP-Chatbot plugin and https://app.mobilemonkey.com, so, unfortunately, we cannot address your question.
    We can only recommend pasting the code right below the <body> tag to avoid being overwritten.

    The same thing happened when i used the plug in. I will install it right now, so you can see the problem and maybe you can help me. Thank you!
