Chat with some specific user

    Hi,
    Is it possible to restrict to send message to some specific users only????
    I can give the user ID or the list of user id for every users who is of subscriber type and they only can send message to those id given by me…
    And the IDs can be same for that user or the I’d can be different.
    Please reply asap.
