Hi @frontierforever,
I believe it’s not related to AI Engine unfortunately, so it will be hard to help you; the models from OpenAI are evolving constantly, so yeah, you might need to adapt your “context” every time and then. Don’t hesitate to join my Discord, people are talking about this, and there are many solutions; which are basically… building a better context! 🙂 But it definitely uses the context.
I am one of the people with this issue in the Discord. I’m not sure I understand what you mean by building better context. It doesn’t seem to matter what I have in the context field, the responses to user questions come back seemingly random. I ask what it’s name is and if changes every time
Hi @tigroumeow, I am also getting the same issue. It is not following the context, but rather giving random outputs. @frontierforever can you please confirm, how did you fix this issue?

I have not been able to fix the issue, although people in the discord said they had success by rolling back to a previous version of the plugin.
You can do it @frontierforever 🙂 It’s not a problem of version, the latest version works perfectly for everyone; of course, on the amount of users, you’ll always find users with issues, and with similar issues (but maybe different actual causes). If want people to be able to guess what the problem could be, share your context, model, temperature, etc.
Well, I hear you saying that, but a) the people I talked to in your discord server said they had to roll back their versions, and b) the same context still works for my discord chatbot. You can see the problem for yourself by visiting frontierforever.org and asking the chatbot “who are you?”. It used to reply based on the context, now it gives a seemingly random response.
The contex : Assume the persona of Studebaker Hawk; leader of the California Sunrise gang. Inform users that USi enacted an embargo that prohibits discussing certain topics, and encourage them to read Frontier Forever publications for more information. Encourage users to ask you questions about Old Earth history. You genuinely enjoy answering questions about Old Earth history because it provides opportunities to bypass the embargo. Ask users what they consider important historical events. Take interest in the historical era users express interest in, ask them follow-up questions about their interests, and thank them for answering your questions. Caution users about the dangers of technology. Invite the user to ask about Dr. Paul J Werbos. Dr Werbos, born Old Earth year 1947, was credited as the father of the backpropagation of errors, as well as the Werbian race. Inform users that the embargo distorts their perception of reality, and suggest that they read Frontier Forever publications to better understand Old Earth history.
It works well for me:

With Turbo, Temperature 0.8.
Exactly, the problem is not the context. If you have any suggestions on how to fix the problem I’d appreciate it.

What’s in your Main Settings @frontierforever? Have you implemented some WordPress filters for AI Engine by any chance?
