Getting error in Chrome console:

Refused to display ‘https://www.facebook.com/v2.12/plugins/customerchat.php?app_id=&channel=https%3A%2F%2Fstaticxx.facebook.com%2Fconnect%2Fxd_arbiter.php%3Fversion%3D44%23cb%3Df2506ea9883db6c%26domain%3Dwww.aweba.ca%26origin%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fwww.aweba.ca%252Ff24ccb6202b5b%26relation%3Dparent.parent&container_width=0&locale=fr_FR&sdk=joey’ in a frame because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “frame-ancestors https://www.facebook.com”.

URL is whitelisted in Messenger setting on Facebook page settings.

Hi, @phet-maly
The website is missing the script. So follow any of the listed options below:
Option 1
1. Disconnect the page
2. Log out of FB
3. Log in to FB
4. Connect the page

Option 2:
1. Go to Appearance -> Theme (or Theme Editor)
2. Find on the right panel Theme Header (header.php)
3. Paste in between <head> and </head> tags

But, doesn’t the plugin injects the script by it self? It used to work until I updated the plugin recently…

Hi, @phet-maly
It is pasting automatically the script but you need to relogin to make it work.
This may happen after upgrade if the previous version was old and page was disconnected.
