    Hi, my chatbot isn’t working. It is a chatfuel bot. I’m whitelisted and double checked that the Facebook app ID and Facebook page IDs are correct. I also noticed the bot on your page isn’t working….https://holithemes.com/wp-chatbot/

    Its not the mistake form your side.

    it may be from the plugin, or with Facebook customer chat plugin

    We will check again is there any issue from our side.

    Thank you. FYI, I’ve removed it from my website until the issue is resolved.

    yeah we will try to find the issue, and we will explain what cause the problem

    if we change the page id, it works fine.

    for testing i just now created a page, and added that new page id. its works fine.

    we will try to find what that issue is.

    Hi again, were you able to find out what the issue is?

    I updated the plugin on my wordpress site but messenger isn’t showing up at all on Chrome, Safari or Firefox….any suggestions to get it to work without having to change the page ID?

    Hi,

    I think you uninstall the plugin,

    if don’t like to keep active, when messenger is not loading, can create a Staging Site for testing purpose.

    If it works when you change the page id ? then it may be reason some one report that messenger as spam or so..
