Chatbot widget popup window customization

Hi,

Would it be possible to have more options regarding customizing the popup chatbot widget? Apart from size and color, padding, and icon transparency and size, would be great, so that we can better blend it with the wp template we chose. Also an option to automatically make it popup after x seconds if the user does not click on it.

Alternatively, point somewhere on the edit bot window, which files/css we can modify.
