    This plugin is great. I really like the chatbot feature, but I was wondering if the chatbot was also suppose to capture the Name? Currently, it’s only capturing the email address.

    Hello @n2nguyen,

    Yes, the current version of the chatbot is developed to capture only the email address of the visitor. But I have to admit it might be a good idea to capture the name too. Thanks for the suggestion. 🙂
