Chateau Theme

    The Chateau theme on wordpress.com seems to have more options than the .org version. I can’t seem to find a way to have the homepage post more than one full post, instead the other posts go under the “Checkout some previous articles” without photos. I would like to display my homepage to look more like http://soulfulabode.com. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    There is no version of Chateau on .org – http://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/search.php?q=chateau

    Aside from that, themes that are on .COM and .ORG are quite often not identical – as .COM often adapts them for .COM use.

    Is there a modified code or hack then to have the front page display more than one full post with this theme?

    I really don’t know – as it’s not a theme from here, so I’ve not looked at it.

    But have you looked under Settings > Reading to set the number of posts on the front page?

    Yes, I’ve looked under the settings. I actually have a .com version also, which has more options than the .org version.

    I feel like I’m completely stuck. I’ve tried contacting the developer, hopefully he can provide some insight. It’s a good theme, unfortunately I didn’t expect that what I paid for will not have the same option as the free version.
