Chatway causing horizontal overscroll

    We’ve recently installed Chatway on our photography website. However, it is causing usability issues. The plug-in causes horizontal overscroll on mobile devices, to the side where it appears. If we set the widget to display in the left, it causes overscroll to the left. If we change it to display on the right, it causes overscroll to the right.

    I’ve even tried changing the widget size to Small, and using custom offset in the settings to position it closer to the center.

    No matter what settings I use, the overscroll on mobile devices persists.

    If anyone has any tips, I’d appreciate it.

    • Mobile device you used.
    • Model number of your mobile device.
    • Browser used and the exact browser version.
