The allegation circulating on Twitter that we deliberately deceive our users by secretly gaming speed scores have now been debunked. The settings that were used for the allegations are clearly labelled in the UI.

@tavusion And those clearly labelled settings are there for a legitimate use case for an expert site owner – the competitor who raised the allegations and resulting Tweet storm misused them for something else. But as Joe says, the real situation is all in the article he’s linked. (I did post a link to that at the top of the support forum before you posted this review).
Nothing excuses using a code directed specifically to page testing services.
Stop putting efforts into discrediting the whistleblower, accept that you guys f’ed up, and try to gain back the trust of your loyal customers.
