I’m having a problem with my form in that the radio buttons and check boxes are appearing below the text.

How can I fix this? It’s very difficult to follow with more than a couple options, and doesn’t look very aesthetically pleasing.

It is hard to tell exactly what is wrong from a screen shot. If you want to fill out my Help and Support form I’d be happy to take a look and see if I can figure it out. In most cases I’ve looked at there is some CSS that is causing the behavior you’re seeing.
