would you please deactivate the “Deactivate German Market Hooks” option on the “WP Admin -> WooCommerce -> German Market -> Ordering” page and see if that helps with the terms and conditions checkbox?

thank your for answering. I deactivated the hooks and the checkboxes are now displayed, but on the wrong position.
Now they are shown on the second step – under the billing information with the checkout button. Then, on the last step the order summary is shown, but no checkout button. I think I have to change the sequence?
1. shipping details
2. billing details
3. order summary
and then checkboxes with checkout button

The issue is: the German Market plugin is a commercial plugin and test the multi-step checkout plugin with it is not very easy. On my test website the plugin seems to be compatible with the German Market 3.8.1 version.
On the other hand the multi-step checkout plugin is an open-source, freely available plugin. So the support team from the German Market could maybe replicate your issue on their side and help you fix the issue with the “Order Now” button.
