Any idea how to check gzip compression using Nginx web server, there are just warning “We successfully added Gzip compression settings into .htaccess file. However, the test file we fetched was not Gzip-compressed. It seems one of Apache modules – mod_filter or mod_deflate – is not active.”

But Nginx does not using .htaccess? If resolve this i’ll add 5 star review thanks

    We’ll look into this.
Could you please let me know which WPO version you are using and whether Nginx server is already configured to use gzip compression or not? Thanks

We added this task to our todo tasks queue.
Fix (proper nginx detection and appropriate message) will be provided in the upcoming release. So marking this as resolved.
