Check out error (without text) while placing order

    Hi,

    I have this strange error during the checkout proces. If you have filled in all the required fields (name, address etc) and click on place order the page will scroll up and show an error. Unfortunately the error shows now text (only the error icon) so I don’t know what the problem is.

    It’s not possible to place orders because of this error.

    I have WordPress 5.5.3 and all plugins are up 2 date. Php 7.3 running. I tried a lot of things like deactivating all plugins, updating theme but the error still occurs.

    Hi @15twelve –

    Is it possible that the error text is set to be the same color as the background color of the error message?

    You might also try switching to a default theme like TwentyTwenty to see if you can see the error.

    Hi,

    I already tried changing the text with CSS but it seems there is no text. Just tried it after activating TwentyTwenty theme and then the exact same problem.

    Found out what the problem was. Seems that after all it was a plugin conflict. ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce caused the problem.
