    So when my customers want to place an order on my web store, they are unable to proceed as it asks for “Billing State / County is a required field” while there has been no change at the back end.

    Can anyone help please… my developer is not helping me at all.

    What plugin are you using for the eCommerce functionality?

    i wish i had any idea. The person who created the web store is not helping me at all. Can you tell me how to go about it ?

    In this case, I recommend asking at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
