I don’t feel comfortable asking you right now.
Just check my response headers… / for technical reasons, I can’t currently spend much time customizing the site/

According to your response header everything looks good. Just make sure that you have enabled Smart Tiered Cache inside your Cloudflare dashboard and if you are using the default page rule mode and do not like to use see the ?swcfpc=1 cache buster query param, then inside the plugin settings go to the Other tab, scroll down and you will see the implementation guide for removing the cache buster. Read the implementation guide first before enabling the option.

1. Smart Tiered Cache is Caching – Tiered Cache – Argo Tiered Cache (green)?
2. Turned on. Cloudflare Free
1. Cache Bypass — WP Admin Paths, WooCommerce API, EDD API Endpoints
2. Cache Bypass — XML, XSL & PHP Files
3. Cache Bypass — Default Bypass Cookies

Hi,
1. Yes enable Smart Tiered Cache
2. The plugin should automatically add the cache everything rule, all you need to do is add the Cache Rules mentioned in the gist on your own and that’s it.
On a side note:
1. Disable the preloader feature inside the plugin as it might not help much considering how Cloudflare system has improved lately as it will cache the requests coming from actual browsers.
2. If your site is not an eCommerce site, enable both prefetch options inside the plugin settings > Other tab.

I have a prefetch in Perfmatters.
– Disable that and enable the prefetch option of this plugin as it is custom-made to work best with this plugin.
