In Stock Central, you have distinct views for “In Stock”, “Out of Stock”, etc. And in the ATUM’s Dashboard you also have info regarding stocks

With custom coding only, I guess

Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean. In Stock Central you have info for every individual variation.

i have manually recalculated all variations and there are exactly 1831 products. but your plugin shows 1523 for stock and 1708 for all products. where do the numbers come from?
furthermore, for example, the first product says 2/4, but there should only be 4 because there are no other 2 products.

Do your counts include the parent variable products? Please note that we consider these products as containers and aren’t included in the counters.
Regarding the 2/4 in the stock column. Please note that it’s the parent’s variable row. This column includes the variable’s parent stock if set (2 in this case), and the sum of the variants’ stock (3+1 => 4).
You can read here how WooCommerce manages stock for variable products.

exactly i have only counted the stock management on variation level so that stock management on product level did not count. in the case from the screenshot i have already counted 4. if you say that you do not count the stock management on product level then everything should be correct, but unfortunately this is not the case.

Sorry, I think I’m missing something. Can you elaborate a bit more on your last post?
Please note that you’re talking about two distinct questions:
- The number of products in views: The “All” view in your image shows 1708 distinct products (1522 with managed stock and 186 with unmanaged stock). That has nothing to do with the stock of each product.
- The stock of the variable product on your image: it has two variations with stock 1 and 3, that sum a total of 4. The parent variable product has the manage stock option set to true, and a stock level of 2.
