Check with another database before wordpress default connection

Hi guys ! I want to check username and password which is entered in wp-login form to another database before creating connection/checking connection in default WordPress database connection file (wp-db.php).
I mean to say “creating another connection and check entered field then create connection in wp database work sequentially.”

If any solution you have , please help me with that.
