    Hi @phaz3k

    You can add checkbox by editing the registration form. Follow these steps:

    1. Go to Ultimate Member > Forms
    2. Click on Default Registration (it will take you to edit section)
    3. Click on + icon and add the Checkbox field from Setup New Field.
    4. After adding field click on Update.

    Hi @phaz3k,

    We’ve removed the option to add HTML to the checkboxes due to security reasons.
    This could be added via some custom coding.
