    hi, I have entered the checkbox with this plugin on my site. I would like to set the checkbox to always remain unchecked when the site is reloaded, instead sometimes it is checked and sometimes not without a criterion, I think I have to change “value” in the checkbox settings but I don’t know what tag to put there to do it. thanks in advance for any answers.

    Hello @gionast

    The Value is irrelevant in this case. The field will not be checked if Default value is left blank.
    Please remember that WooCommerce caches the form fields if the field is in the Billing or Shipping section. This means that the values ​​from the previous order are taken. If the customer selected the checkbox in the previous order then it will be marked with the next order and field settings are not applicable.

    The solution is to disable the original field and add it from scratch in the Order section. This section is not cached.

    Our plugin in the free version makes it possible to insert a field in these sections:

    • Billing
    • Shipping
    • Order

    Go to the plugin panel and find in the menu Checkout Sections and add a field in the Order section.
