Checkbox confirm doesn’t work

    Hello, the plugin works fine except for one thing: the confirmation checkbox doesn’t work. The user is always subscribed to the list, even if the confirmation checkbox is not checked.

    I have two checkbox on the form: one for the privacy policy term acceptance that i use for the TERMS-ACCEPTANCE (REQ) field; another checkbox for the newsletter sign-in that i used in the CONFIRMATION CHECKBOX field.

    Even if the confirmation checkbox is unselected, the user is still subscribed to the list.
