Checkbox fields not passing value

    I’ve got an issue whereby the client has got GDPR enabled fields in their Hubspot form, that I can’t seem to be able to map anything to.

    To try and solve this I’ve created checkboxes in Hubspot and Gravity forms to map the data, but nothing is pulling through.

    Please can someone help ASAP

    This was resolved in email.

    Resolution for those who have a similar issue:

    Checkboxes, Select Dropdowns, and Radio Buttons all need to have a direct 1-1 relationship with the “VALUE” (not the “Label”) of the fields in HubSpot.

    In nmuncey’s case, HubSpot was expecting a true/false (yes/no) value for each of their checkboxes, but they were sending in the label.

    Fixing the “values” for those fields resolved the issue.
