Checkbox Issue

Hello,

When we click submit button and if there is any error on the page (for example validation warning) the checkboxes get unchecked. For example “Sign me up for the newsletter!” or “I have read and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy” gets reset and unchecked (and user have to check them again) after clicking submit button (due to validation)

Any settings which needs to be changed?
