Checkbox not working

Hello! In the edit profile section, I created a checkbox with four options. When a user is trying to choose all the four options and save the profile. The user only gets two options out of the four chosen options.

Are you using the latest version of UM? Could you please provide a video clip so we can see and try to reproduce the issue on our end?

Hello! I am using the latest version of the plugin 2.1.2. As you can see in the first step the user chooses CTT ISIA Stamp ISIA Card and IVSI and when the user updates its profile it only shows CTT and IVSI.

Does your site have any caching plugin? If so, could you please try excluding the UM user page from cache and see if this issue goes away?

Hi,

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Hello!

I did a conflict test and deactivate all non Ultimate Member plugins and switched to default Twenty Fifteen theme and still the same problem.

The issue was resolved by removing extra white spaces from the dropdown options.
