    I use paypal payments 1.9.3. It works so far.

    Now I try to activate “Pay upon Invoice”. I Click the checkbox to activate under “Pay upon Invoice”, and click save.
    After doing that now the checkbox is unchecked.

    what could it be?

    Do I need to contact paypal for enabling “Pay upon Invoice” for our account?

    pay upon invoice works well but
    didn’t go well for long 🙁

    what I did then for other reasons:
    An order was placed using the PayPal button in the shopping cart. And then after login to paypal and redirect to the checkout page I canceled the order. (for certain reasons)

    Since then, Pay upon Invoice can no longer be selected as a payment method.
    The checkbox is ticked.

    And I’ve also tried several times to reconnect the account with Paypal.

    What else I can do?

    reinstall paypal payments?

    hello @truetext

    you might be stuck in the PayPal express checkout workflow. If this is the case then you should be able to cancel this workflow when you are on the checkout page by clicking “You are currently paying with PayPal Title. If you want to cancel this process, please click here”. This should be visible under the “Place Order” butter that you should see instead of the PayPal button.

    If this is not the case, I would like to take a look at the site myself to see what the situation is. If you don’t want to share any details on this public forum, you can also engage us privately via these instructions.
