Hey @marouwing
Thanks for your post. I’d be glad to help answer both questions.
First, it will be necessary for the site to run on PHP version 5.6 or higher. If the site is not running on at least PHP 5.6, it will be recommended to upgrade to avoid any unexpected behavior or functionality.
Next, as for this checkbox, there is not a built in way to change that order, though we can certainly help troubleshoot and see if there’s any way we can modify that. First, could you provide a few additional details?
— The URL where this site can be found with the plugin installed
–- The version of WordPress being used
— The version of WooCommerce being used
— The version of MailChimp For WooCommerce being used
-– The theme being used
–- If the site’s theme is switched to a default WordPress theme, does that error message persist?
Thanks in advance for this! We’ll keep an eye out for your reply.
Best,
Malachite
Hi Malachite,

Actually if using WP’s 2017 theme, it looks correct

On my current theme, it looks like this:https://www.dropbox.com/s/mq97qq67cqk3oex/Screen%20Shot%202017-01-19%20at%209.40.12%20pm.jpg?dl=0
(other way around and shifted)
Would appreciate your help, thank 🙂

Hey @marouwing,
Good to hear from you! I appreciate you sharing those details and screenshots. It looks like the site does meet all the minimum requirements for the plugin.
It appears that there is a theme conflict between the MailChimp For WooCommerce and the Uplift theme being used. I’m going to pass this along to our team internally so we can track this for the future, though in the meantime, I’m afraid that it will be necessary to use a different theme to avoid that formatting issue.
If you do have any further questions about this, feel free to write back and let us know.
Thanks,
Malachite
