Checks are not showing up in checkboxes in Chrome and Safari. They are showing up in IE and Firefox. Example page: http://df7.84e.myftpupload.com/checklist-forms/volunteer-application/.

I just pushed v 1.0.5 which corrects the checkbox problem.

CSS issue. I’m using a little CSS to standardize check boxes. I forgot to add in the in on font for chrome.
