checking #anchor in links

    Would it be possible to add support for checking #anchor links in the internal URLs?

    So if I have <a href="/blah#item-1"> and there is no <a name="item-1"> in “/blah” – then it gets reported?

    and of course the more advanced implementation would be to offer the existing anchors to replace the broken one with, but to start with just reporting broken anchors would be very helpful.
