Checking/unchecking a term does not work with marker clustering

When the marker clustering is enabled, checking/unchecking a term in the taxonomy legend behaves in an inconsistent manner.
Unchecking a term never hides the markers with that term.FYI, most of the markers in our map have multiple terms of the same taxonomy.
