ShopLentor offers both Elementor widgets and Gutenberg blocks to design a custom checkout page. Could you please tell me what exactly you mean by a “model of enable custom checkout page“?
It’d be greatly appreciated if you could clarify this a bit more. Maybe a screenshot will help us understand better.

Yes, ShopLentor does support checkout blocks. Furthermore, I am delighted to inform you that in the last plugin update, we have also added support for Full Site Editing.
