This Message may appear in a situation where the User has put Products in the Cart, but then closed the Browser.
That is, the Order was not formed and paid.

But then, the User, on the same computer, tried to open the Cart again without adding new Products to it.
In this situation, you can Ignore it and just start making new purchases.
Or Form the Cart based on Previous unformatted Products.

We had to uninstall it because many customers were unable to make purchases and were confused by the recovery message. I hadn’t come across this on the test server, and it wasn’t mentioned in your documentation either. We weren’t expecting it, because this is a plugin for decimal quantities.
